The selected candidates undergo relevant technical training at our Industrial Training Center before they are deployed on any project. The center imparts quality workforce training and skills development in diverse disciplines, from core life skills, the whole gamut of industrial trades to QHSE. Our fully equipped and well-laid-out training center provides theoretical and practical training in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, HVAC, Plumbing & Piping, Health & safety, and project-specific skills. The training center is a proud member of the British safety council, the American Welding Society, and the US Green Building Council. We are recognized as an approved training and testing center in the State of Qatar.

Our workforce has completed 600 and odd projects, clocking 3.3 million hours without LTI. They have involved in the ongoing FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums, Oil & Gas, Industries, Buildings & Roads, Power & Water, Infrastructure, Qatar Rail, and other developmental projects, which speak volumes of their skill, productivity, training quality and commitment.
